Rural Reconstruction Training centre (RRTC) has been established by OPDSC in the year 2006-07. RRTC located at Japakhal 7-kms from Rayagada Municipality has been facilitating a training base for OPDSC and in the KBK region. The centre is on the way from Rayagada-Koraput route. The centre is equipped with a hostel facility to accommodate 100-participants for residential programme. It has made provisions for the Civil Society Organisations, CBOs, NGOs and others at a nominal mode. The campus is having 4-acres land. The centre demonstrates vermin compost and sustainable agriculture in the campus. RRTC is considered as an infrastructure worth of its kind to promote development in the region with a receptive environment for the communities those are in need of support for enhancing their knowledge and skill. OPDSC takes all out endeavour to make it a self managed centre with regard to its operational and financial respect.

¨ Experienced with various types of Governmental agencies and International Organisations in implementing projects

¨ Established rapport with local district level offices and state level offices.
